it really works! i lost 4 lbs during first 6days then i recommended to my coworkers. the only side effect that i experienced was my menstrual period. other than that no side effects as long as you drink only 1 packet a day as directed.

I can say Lida daidaihua really does work because i have heard and seen from people who I order the coffee for lost over 20 pounds in two weeks. There's no side effects to drinking Health Slimming Coffee besides that it will only make you not want to eat as much as you are suppose to. I suggest that you stick to your diet routine, eat three times a day small portion because if not, you can have an upset stomach. Another thing is the Lida daidaihua will make you less sleepy and awake throughout the day, but the Lida daidaihua is suppose to be drank in the morning before breakfast directed by the instruction.

I've been using the Lida daidaihua . The very first two weeks I had lost about 10 lbs. It does what it says.. I've had so much trouble with my weight and nothing seemed to work, but then a friend recommended me the Lida daidaihua ... one thing I've noticed is that i sweat alot which i never did before so im guessing it speeded up my metabolism and its made my skin alot more healthy looking as well. I used to have these ugly marks on my neck and when i started taking the Lida daidaihua they started to go away, my face is also alot clearer, idk if that has to do with the coffee or drinking alot of water but either way the Lida daidaihua makes your mouth dry so you want to drink water. Also the more you drink water the more your mouth feels dry so its like you just keep drinking water, at least thats how it was for me.. I really love this Lida daidaihua bc its the only thing that has worked for me and its all natural stuff so i feel like its good for my body as well. TRY it

This is a great product if you do exactly as the description on the box tells you. 15 min before you eat breakfast, make and drink the coffee (the bland taste is worth the results) and you will start to have your appetite curbed. The box lasts you about three weeks and you will see the lbs melting off. I lost about 5 the first week and a half. Just make sure you follow the directions and you will love the product too!

This product does works, I first boughted at one of the Asian store and cost was Okay til allot of customers boughted and they raised the price up more! Anyways I been drinking this stuff for almost a year and I continued to loose 5 lbs or more just following the instructions on the box, since I just found out amazon sell this product, the price is more cheaper then the the store I went, I suggests people who want to loose weight and follow the instructions should try this! I still drink this stuff and noticed I lost so much weight.
